Set cutting charges based on the size of the input panels instead of the actual cut length

Have an option to calculate cutting charges according to the (length+width)*2 of the panels.

Right now the software is including trimming and full length cuts in the calculation which is hard to explain /accept for the customer. He doesn't see the direct relation between these cuts and what he ordered.

For example: 2 panels 720mm*584mm should be charged 5,22m1 cutting charges. The software calculates 12,888m1 based on a panelsize of 2800*2070mm.
