Panels with zero quantity cause job report summary to crash

If a panel is added with a zero quantity and that specific material has not been used on any other panels in the job, the job will optimise, but the "JOB SUMMARY" report will not run. The error message is "Error printing report - Sequence contains no elements"

John Palmer:

To help assist you with this error, you will need to open a job in which you are experiencing the error and then create a support bundle to send to us. To do this, open a job with the error and then go to File->Support->Bundle files for support.  Save this file, and email it to us at support@maxcutsoftware.com

respected sir we are using (Version 2.9.0.10) but still "JOB SUMMARY" report will not run. The error message is "Error printing report - Sequence contains no elements" please rectify problem early as possible

What version are you running? If you are in the latest version (Version 2.9.0.10), you should not be getting this error. If you are getting the error in this version, please can you email us at support@maxcutsoftware.com, alternatively, you can update to the latest version here: https://get.maxcut.co.za/
