Be able to set which optimisation seed MaxCut uses to set the optimisation layout - MaxCut comes up with different layouts each time you run it

MaxCut seems to come up with different cutting layouts and hence total
project costs if you run the same optimisation several times.

If I like one result, I save it as a full batch report with all
sub-reports in case this version doesn't come up again later.
So if this happens, I print the sub-reports from the complete batch
report and am good to go.
